The OTAC masters team is part the OTAC swimming program located in Orem Utah. To be a member of the team you need to do two things

1. You need to register for U.S. Masters, you will find the link of this web page. There is a yearly fee associated with this registration.
2. You will need to register with OTAC Masters by filling out the registration form and turning it into Coach Dan Miller when you come to practice along with your registration fees for the team.
   • Fees are due at the beginning of each month.
   • Please make the checks payable to OTAC swimming.
